On May 7, the Ningbo University Health Science Center jointly organized a special safety education lecture for international students themed "Fortifying Legal Defense Lines, Co-building a Safe Campus" in collaboration with the International Exchange College and the Jiangbei Exit-Entry Administration Brigade of Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau. The lecture specially invited Police Officer Yu Da from the Jiangbei Exit-Entry Administration Brigade of Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau as the keynote speaker.

Focusing on the practical needs of international students' study and life in China, Officer Yu systematically sorted out key areas such as visa management, traffic safety, and legal responsibilities in the form of "Ten Questions," providing in-depth interpretations of relevant laws and regulations and their underlying legal logic. Through analyses of real cases, he vividly explained the importance of abiding by Chinese laws and school rules, helping international students "understand not only the facts but also the reasons," and effectively enhancing their legal literacy and risk prevention capabilities. Officer Yu emphasized that laws and regulations are the cornerstone for ensuring a safe and orderly study abroad life, calling on international students to take the initiative to learn and strictly observe Chinese laws and school regulations, so as to "know the bottom line, understand discipline, and abide by laws and regulations," and build a solid safety barrier for their academic development.

This lecture is an important measure by the Ningbo University Health Science Center to deepen the construction of a safe campus.
